Subject: [PATCH] [android] Remove windows-specifc symbols from linker-script
 file

TIFFOpenW and TIFFOpenWExt are available only on Windows and Android's
toolchain file (as of r27d) explicitly sets `-Wl,--no-undefined-version`,
which overrides an option added by the tiff's `-Wl,--undefined-version`.
