ADBMe companion
ADBMe is a Flutter companion application. It never receives ADB keys and cannot run ADB itself. A paired laptop-side companion performs the narrowly allowed ADB operations through bun run adbme after a locally visible confirmation.
On production Xiaomi firmware, WRITE_SETTINGS can be enabled through the shell app-op. CHANGE_CONFIGURATION is signature or privileged and cannot be granted to a normal sideloaded Flutter application. A rooted device or an OEM-signed privileged APK is required for that permission.
The laptop service and mobile transport are intentionally not enabled by the build script. It must be paired to a named device and a fresh secret before it can request an operation.
